WHERE TO STAY?
When it comes to accommodation, we're spoilt for choice in the surrounding area to the château. Whilst it's a rural and remote region, Charente boasts plenty of places to stay, largely comprised of 'gites' (cottages/houses) that are ready for hire on Airbnb, Booking.com or a similar site. Alternatively, you'll find many B&Bs or a sprinkling of hotels, though they are largely in Angoulême, the main town of the region.

Hotels​...
If you'd like to stay in a hotel, we'd suggest booking into one of the many on offer in Angoulême. There's a range of hotels catering to various needs and budgets. For example:
On site at the château, there are a limited number of glamping tipis. These will be available to book on the wedding night and the night of the pool party. Please reach out to us if you are interested in finding out more about these!

To help guests with getting to and from the château, we are planning to provide a shuttle service for those staying nearby, (15-16km radius). Please provide us with the address of your accommodation when RSVPing and we will be in touch to make further arrangements with you.
